NEW ZEALAND – The National Unity Government (NUG) Union Minister of Human Rights Aung Myo Min discussed with several legal experts including the former Prime Minister and a former ICJ Justice in New Zealand to charge the junta council in court.
Mr. Aung Myo Min met the legal experts on May 9 to discuss Universal Jurisdiction (UJ) and consulted the experts regarding the Myanmar case in ICJ and to transfer the case to ICC as well as to charge the terrorist junta council in New Zealand for its atrocious crimes under universal jurisdiction.
Moreover, the NUG Minister asked for advice on necessary information and procedures to prepare in order to charge the terrorist junta council in New Zealand under UJ and the experts replied that they will assist and provide necessary counsel.
The consulted legal experts included former New Zealand PM Sir Geoffrey Palmer and former ICJ Justice Sir Kenneth Keith.
