NAY PYI TAW – It was reported that the terrorist junta council has set up China-made drone jammers in junta-controlled department offices and Drone Guard Jammers in military related offices in Yangon and Nay Pyi Taw, according to a military source.
After Nay Pyi Taw was being attacked with 29 drones on April 4, the junta regime purchased China-made jammers as a project to install its controlled department offices in Nay Pyi Taw. Now, almost all ministries and departmental offices in Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon have completed the installation of jammers for the purpose of preventing drones.
“All the jammers have been installed. In Nay Pyi Taw, the departmental offices already had jammers, but new Chinese-made jammers have been installed. In Yangon, they have just been installed. There are jammers, but there are power outages, and when there is a power outage, the jammer does not work,” said a military source.
Moreover, the junta has planned to install Drone Guard Jammers in military offices and the offices of Regional Military Commands (RMC). After terrorist Soe Win, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Services, was attacked by drones, when he was in South Eastern Command, the terrorist junta planned to install Drone Guard Jammers. Mainly Chinese-made drone guard jammers will be installed.
On April 9 and April 10, while Soe Win was at the South Eastern Command in Mawlamyine, his shoulder, arms and musculoskeletal were injured due to a drone attack. It is reported that he received medical treatment for almost a month.
