MYANMAR – The Association for the Assistance of Political Prisoners (AAPP) announced that as of September 7th, 4,054 people had been killed by the terrorist army after the coup.
According to the records of the Association for the Assistance of Political Prisoners (AAPP), from February 1st, 2021, to September 7th, 2023, a total of 19,437 people were arrested and detained, and 7,274 of them were sentenced to prison.
(103) of those convicted were sentenced to death. AAPP said that 119 people, including 43 people who were sentenced to death in absentia, were sentenced in absentia. According to those lists, there are a total of 146 people who have been sentenced to death.
