YANGON DIVISION – Thirty three shops in Setsan Ward, Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township which were accused of being built on land owned by the Myanmar Railways have to be moved in five days according to the citizens.
The last date for moving is July 17 as per divisional in charge of the Myanmar Railways. The thirty three shops are located in front of the bicycle factory in Upper Pazundaung Road, Setsan Ward, Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, and are for the welfare of the staff.
One citizen stated, “The shops have been opened for over 25 years. The thirteen shops at the front and over twenty shops at the back of bicycle factory in Upper Pazundaung Road are to be moved in five days and some of them are being already removed as the officers of Myanmar Railways came that morning and urged them to move.”
