MANDALAY DIVISION – An official of the Madayar Myo Hman Force said that four soldiers, including a captain, were killed when they attacked the terrorist soldiers who were sitting at a tea shop in Kyauk Tadagyi village, Madayar township.
According to the report from the informer, the terrorist military council troops stationed inside the Kyauk Tadagyi village, Yaynar Monastery, in the eastern part of Madayar township, used to drink tea at midday. So, on March 11th, at 11:44 a.m. when they were having tea at a tea shop in the east of the bridge, the revolutionary forces suddenly opened fire and attacked, killing 4 military council soldiers, including a 27-year-old captain.
The Kyauk Tada village is located on the Mandalay-Moekok road, Matara township, and is a strategically important place for the junta council, so a battalion was stationed under the command of a column commander. About 40 soldiers of the Junta Council were stationed in the village of Ngalon Pyun, north of Kyauk Tada village. In addition, there are villages on the eastern side of Kyauk Tadagyi village where more than a hundred terrorist soldiers are stationed.
“They attacked the soldiers who were drinking tea at the tea shop and collecting the gate fee on the bridge. They broke through and attacked among many troops that were stationed. Another thing is that we didn’t notice that there were war dogs in the motorcycle workshop in front of the tea shop. We attacked the war dogs in the tea shop. And keep shooting the points on the bridge. While trying to pick up the weapon, enemy bullets entered the motorcycle workshop in front of the tea shop. The enemy’s bullet power is high. At that time, one of our troops hit the arm. So we had to pull out the wounded soldier and retreat. That’s why we didn’t get the enemy’s weapons,” an official from the Madayar Military Force information officer said.
According to the official of the unit, the Madayar Myo Hman Force has been able to carry out 100 operations, and over 256 soldiers of the Junta Council have been wiped out.
