SHAN STATE – One local said that three civilians were injured when a military council convoy with 10 cars was passing and recklessly shot the civilians at 11 a.m. on May 18, Moebye Township, Southern Shan State.
Although three civilians were injured due to the shooting by the military council forces, the details were still being investigated.
A local said that “the traffic was blocked while the convoy was passing and the soldier in the front military car threatened the civilian, and the other troops shot with fear.”
The junta council vehicles from that convoy entered Loikaw and they are said to be reinforcement for junta troops in Karenni State.
