SHAN STATE – The junta council carried out airstrikes at Sine Khaung Village, Muse Township, from 11 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. on Tuesday (July 25), killing one civilian.
The junta gunship fired there without a battle and killed Sai Ai Hla. “The civilian was killed because of the junta airstrikes. They also recklessly fired heavy artillery shells. The victim was hit in the head, and he was from the Palaung family. The junta council thought TNLA (Ta’ang National Liberation Army) might be in the village and carried out airstrikes without a battle,” said a resident.
Similarly, on Monday (July 24) at around 7 p.m., the junta forces from Muse 105-mile, Nant Phat Khar 123, and Naw Narr Don fired heavy artillery shells at least 20 times at Sine Khaung Village, destroying some civilians’ houses and shops.
