MYANMAR – The Secretary General of the United Nations has stated that he is very concerned about the rising conflicts and terrorist war council’s daily acts of violence in Myanmar.
The UN Secretary-General requested protections for civilians and humanitarian aid workers, according to the statement on March 18.
He also strongly condemned the terrorist junta council’s airstrikes in Rakhine state targeting civilians, which resulted in several causalities.
In addition, he stated it was a more concerning situation as the terrorist army was forcibly recruiting young people, including the Rohingya, into military service.
Therefore, to stop the terrorist army from committing human rights violations and violence in Myanmar, the international and regional countries are urged to cooperate and work together with ASEAN.
