MAGWAY DIVISION- An official of the Oppressed People’s Revolutionary Forces-People’ Liberation Army (OPRF-PLA) told the media that the junta checkpoint in Shwe Pan village was attacked last Saturday.
On April 13, at around 9:17 a.m., the OPRF-PLA reportedly attacked the gate where the junta police, soldiers, and administrators had been doing inspections.
The checkpoint was attacked by the OPRF-PLA group from a distance of about 200 yards (using long-range weapons). It is reported that the terrorist military council soldiers suffered casualties, but the number has not yet been confirmed.
“Our comrades were able to retreat without any harm. There are some causalities among the war dogs (junta troops) but it has not been confirmed yet,” said an official of the Oppressed People’s Revolutionary Forces (OPRF – PLA).
