MYANMAR – The OFP Fundraising Program has launched “A Thousand Vipers” and “Revolutionary Lipstick” campaigns to raise funds for revolutionary forces fighting against the military dictatorship.
“A Thousand Vipers” campaign started on June 10 and continues until July 10. The raised funds will be donated to Battalion 17 of Shwebo District, Sagaing Division.
Through Burma Spring Revolution-Utica and Revolutionary Comics V 2.0, donations will go directly to the actual (acting) revolutionary forces on the ground.
One of the organizers calls for local and international supporters to trust and join their campaigns that directly support the acting revolutionary forces.
The “Revolutionary Lipstick” campaign will be running for 3 weeks starting June 16 and ending on July 7, where the jewelry donated by revolutionists and activists will be sold.
The fund raised from the “Revolutionary Lipstick” campaign will reportedly go to three battalions in Gangaw, Yinmabin, and Monywa Districts.
