“They are causing trouble for the people in the rainy season. They are so desperate to make it appear crowded, they even arranged for transportation. The township had to prepare entertainment for the opening day. Between 300 and 400 instructors in training from the education college were ordered to arrive by 8:30 a.m. for the opening as well. School bands were also ordered to attend and so were students from Sports and Physical Education Institute and government staff,” reported a source.
