NAY PYI TAW – Min Aung Hlaing, the war criminal chief of the terrorist junta council, ordered the government departments to take turn and recite Parate Suttas at the Mahawizaya Pagoda to overcome the armed revolution, according to the Nay Pyi Taw staff community.
Each department has been ordered to spend a day at Mahawizaya Pagoda to recite the Parate Suttas starting November 23. The order was reportedly passed down verbally as the criminal junta regime is afraid that written orders might be leaked like before when instructions for astrological rituals were leaked.
“At the ministerial departments, the staff are made to go recite the Uppasassan Parate Sutta at the Mahawizaya Pagoda, allegedly to be safe from the harm of weapons. We have to go recite it early in the morning,” said a staff from Nay Pyi Taw.
Uppasassan Sutta is meant to overcome the three Kap (Catastrophes) and the previous military dictator Than Shwe had also similarly ordered the government departments to recite the sutta at the pagodas.
