SHAN STATE – The TNLA announced today that the body of a local man who died due to a heavy weapon fired by the terrorist army in Saikhon village was looted by the Infantry Battalion (241) and dressed in TNLA uniforms in an attempt to cover up the civilian’s death.
On July 25th, after 1 o’clock in the afternoon, a 42-year-old man from Saikhon village, Muse township, was hit by a heavy weapon when he was inside his house, and four houses in the village were damaged.
After that, the terrorist army entered the village and took the dead man’s body away from the family members, then dressed in TNLA uniforms and tried to cover up the civilian deaths, the TNLA said.
The family members of the deceased 42-year-old U Aike Law have repeatedly requested the IB (241) to return the body, but it has not been returned so far.
