MYANMAR – The National Unity Government (NUG) Ministry of Electricity and Energy issued an order on November 19, instructing concerning items to be carried out to cut off aircraft fuel supply of the junta council and an instruction to inspect boxer vehicles.
As the speed of the revolution increases, the battles are intense and the revolutionary forces are attacking from all sides, so, in order to prevent the terrorist junta council from carrying out brutal and inhumane bombing and killing of civilians by airplanes, the guide lines were announced.
To prevent incidents like mass massacre of civilians including children and pregnant women by bombing that happened in Pazigyi, Anant Pa and Tigyaing, and to protect the revolutionary forces and lives and properties of the people, this order prohibits the importing and carrying of airplane fuel all over the country including the Thilawa port and inland border gates.
Transporting the banned aircraft fuel will be severely punished under Article 52 of the Terrorism Act, so it is urged to know and follow the instructions of the National Unity Government and cooperate with the revolutionary forces.
The relevant township public administration bodies must also check whether or not aircraft fuel is being transported when inspecting the fuel vehicles passing through the townships in their respective jurisdictions, and only allow them passage if aircraft fuel is not found, and to arrest and take action otherwise.
The Ministry of Electricity and Energy has announced that all relevant organizations should know and follow the instructions mentioned above in order to prevent Myanmar citizens from being unjustly and unlawfully massacred.
