GLOBAL – Rallies against the military dictator were reportedly organised in the USA, Japan and South Korea by Myanmar citizens abroad on September 10.
In San Francisco, California State, the United State of America, Free Burma Action Committee was said to have led a rally as the 111th time on ground public strike battle.
The rally was attended by the Myanmar citizens abroad who demanded to keep H.E. Mr. Kyaw Moe Tun, a true representative elected by the civilians as the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations at the 78th United Nation General Assembly.
In Tokyo, Japan, Democracy Forces in Foreign Countries similarly demanded to keep H.E Mr. Kyaw Moe Tun as the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations.
In the event as the UN Credential Campaign, which was organised with the slogan “Our Ambassador is our voice,” attendees protested against the military dictator and asked to keep H.E. Mr. Kyaw Moe Tun as the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations. The protest leaders said that the same Campaign will be organised later.
Moreover, in Seoul, South Korea, Myanmar Federal Democratic Mission Coalition (MFDMC) and some Korean organisations were said to have cooperated to organise the public talks about Myanmar Federal Democracy Issues and performance of traditional music from both countries.
It was said that the event had been organised with the aim of the revolutionary issues currently happening in Myanmar to be known by Korea and other countries around the world. At the event, Myanmar Traditional Dance, performance and music performance were also included.
