SHAN STATE (NORTH) – Palaung State Liberation Army/ Ta’ang National Liberation Army (PSLF/TNLA) issued a statement saying that five drug dealers wearing camouflage pants which are similar to TNLA uniform, in ward no.5, Kutkai town, Ta’ang region, Northern Shan state.
It was stated in the statement that 24-year-old Mar Naw drug dealing while wearing the commando pants which is similar to TNLA uniforms. On March 10, TNLA arrested him along with narcotic drugs and equipments. Besides him, another four dealers were also arrested.
The administrative department of PSLF/TNLA have been detaining those arrestees and will take actions to those under anti-narcotic law.
Under the coup council control, there were more casinos in the town, patently drug dealings and there were more banditry. After PSLF/TNLA controlling Kutkai town, TNLA have been taking actions to those drug dealers and casinos.
