KARENNI STATE – The atrocious junta reportedly launched aerial bombings with fighter jet near Maw Chee Town, according to the Karenni military sources.
On June 18, at around 12:30 p.m., the terrorist junta’s fighter jet bombarded at least twice at about 10 miles on Maw Chee Road.
“It can be concluded that the genocidal junta want to clear the road as they can’t penetrate to Mese Township. There was no fighting there. But the murderous junta infantry troops were unable to cross Salween River, so they were looking for a way to invade,” a Karenni military source said.
However, it was not yet known whether there was any damage or not due to the junta’s bombing attacks on the afternoon of June 28.
Some local also said that the terrorist junta forces had deployed along the roads in Shadaw, Law Pi Ta and Demoso, after the Karenni Allied Forces had combated and captured all of their outposts in Mese Town.
“The brutal junta suffered serious set-back in Karenni State and they wanted to block all of the entrances and exits around Karenni. Moreover, the junta sent its reinforcements and rations to their bases in Loikaw during these days. The fighting can continue anywhere, and fierce battles are bound to happen at any time,” said a Karenni comrade.
In addition, since the morning of June 27, the fascist junta council has banned all of the telecommunications except for the military owned Mytel communication in the towns of Loikaw, Mobye, and Demoso, according to residents.
