MYANMAR – It is reported that the military council will recruit and train special forces and send them as agents to investigate the National Unity Government (NUG) and the revolutionary forces.
To investigate the news of the NUG and the revolutionary forces, to obtain first-hand information about the events from NUG and revolutionary forces, to gain an advantage and be prepared in advance, and to prevent unwanted problems, special secret agents are being recruited by the military council.
Those with good eyesight preferably knowing ethnic languages (or foreign languages), who accurately obey important instructions and are able to maintain confidentiality, and those who are willing to sacrifice for the country and people and want to be successful in the military are qualified for the selection, as stated in the (leaked) military top secret directive.
The special secret agents will be fully supported by the military council and will receive special training. Therefore, the soldiers who meet the qualifications must be sent to the Naypyitaw Regional Military Command by December 15, as mentioned in the directive.
During the current 3-year period of the revolution, there are no informers on the ground to report to the army. Since the revolutionary forces eliminated the notorious military informants, a large number of human resources of military informants were lost.
“Because of the informant clearance mission, no one dares to report to the military. Without local informants, no operation can succeed. Informants are important,” said a source from the Ministry of Interior and Home Affairs.
