MANDALAY DIVISION – Locals stated that one of the armed forces entered the 52-year-old junta village administrator’s home in Chaung Shey Village, Nyaung-U Township, Mandalay Division on Monday (June 25) at around 6:00 a.m. and killed with guns to three family members including administrator.
“Three of them (father and child) were said to be interrogated in their compound and killed by gunshots. The times of gunshots were quite much. They were reportedly dead on the spot,” one of the locals said.
In addition, the administrator Aung San Oo (52) with gunshots to the forehead, arm, and chest, son Nyi Nyi Lin (28) with gunshots penetrated through their chest, and daughter Khin Myat Myat Oo (25) with injuries to the chest and hand by gunshots were said to be dead with respective injuries.
Moreover, one of the armed forces reportedly warned the administrator, Aung San Oo with a warning letter on the 2nd week of June since he was known to be an informant relating to the junta council.
Currently, the stated attack has not been announced as the reason of elimination by any organizations or forces yet.
Furthermore, the junta’s village administrator and team were attacked while stationing near the village water distribution office (People’s Water Tower office) in Taw Pyar Village, Nyaung-U Township on April 19 and two junta’s staff including the junta’s administrator were dead and two others suffered injuries.
