MYANMAR – The terrorist junta regime leader Min Aung Hlaing has withdrawn the medals of honour and titles awarded to the detained senior military officers Soe Htut, Ko Ko Maung, Moe Myint Tun and Myat Thet Oo.
The war criminal terrorist chief issued a decree on June 4, withdrawing the titles and medals of honour awarded to those detained and imprisoned senior military officers.
Former Minister of Internal Affairs and former Lieutenant General Soe Htut, imprisoned for five years in November last year for bribery and abusing his position was removed of his Sithu and Thiripyanchi awards.
Former Lieutenant General Moe Myint Tun, prisoner to life on October 10 last year for sedition, breaking military rules, bribery and possession of foreign currency was similarly removed of his Sithu and Zayar Kyaw Htin awards.
Former Commander of Northern Military Command and deposed Major General Myat Thet Oo who was sentenced to ten years in prison this January also had his medal of honour removed.
Another former commander of Northern Military Command, Major General Ko Ko Maung who was sentenced to ten years last July was similarly removed of his Zayar Kyaw Htin award.
