YANGON DIVISION – To commemorate State Counselor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s 78th birthday on June 19, a banner reading “We Miss You” was posted somewhere in Yangon.
Despite strict security checks by the junta’s council in Yangon, Yangon Revolution Force (YRF)’s Soft Strike Community put up a banner with the text “We Miss You” along with Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s picture. Daw Aung San Suu Kyi has been illegally detained by the military coup d’état, and to this day she is not allowed to meet with outside visitors and is only allowed to meet with people related to the junta council.
At some point, YRF reports that there are those who are waiting for the day when she will return to her speech with a smile on his face and the words, “Our people are great.” In addition, the YRF group wishes that she will be able to celebrate her birthday next year with her loved ones and that all those who were unjustly arrested will be released as soon as possible with the victory of the revolution.
In addition, YRF urged public to join the revolutionary struggle with Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s words, “You should never let your fears prevent you from doing what is right”.
