KARENNI STATE – The junta camp in Shartaw Township, Karenni (Kayah) State was said to have been attacked two times as drone mission, which resulted in the casualty of junta forces, as announced by Battalion 17 of Karenni Nationalities Defence Force (KNDF).
The junta camp, the Danger Curve camp, was said to have been attacked two times by the drone company of KNDF Battalion 17 and the Drone Company Tactical 2 around 6 a.m. on June 9.
“The junta’s danger curve camp is situated near the entrance of the city and soldiers from the junta Light Infantry Unit (510) are stationed there. The deployment numbers about 40 soldiers,” said a military information source from Shartaw town.
The drone missions were said to have hit squarely on the intended target and the casualty of junta forces is still being investigated, as mentioned by the KNDF Battalion 17.
The missions were organized by the cooperation of the drone company of KNDF Battalion 17 and the Tactical 2 Drone Company.
