MYANMAR – According to locals, three civilians got injured while one is in the critical condition due to the heavy weapon attacks by the terrorist military in Pyarsakhan village, Than Daung Gyi township, Karen State.
It was known that a house was destroyed, and three people: 14-years-old boy, 30-years-old man and 70-years-old grandmother got injured due to attacks by the terrorist military, encamping in the 13th mile military base, around 2 p.m. on May 2.
A resident said, “3 people were injured, a house was destroyed because of the heavy weapon attack from the military in Pyarsakhan village, Than Daung Gyi. The injured people were sent to the hospital in Taungoo’s side. The man was in critical situation. The attack was from the military base in 13 mile, Than Daung”.
It is also said that Daw Kwait, 60 years-old woman, and a lady around 30-years-old got injured due to firing heavy weapons into Lelzin village, Monywa township, Sagaing division by the terrorist soldiers based from Ma-U check point, part of the Monywa-Mandalay road, in the evening of May 1.
Additionally, according to the local news source, 2 civilians were injured due to the similar attack in Sait Mu village, Hpahant township, Kachin state around 6:30 p.m. on May 1 after the shootings between terrorist military and KIA allied forces.
Due to this attack in the Sait Mu village, which hit a resident house and injured 35 years old Ms. Ei Mar and one unknown citizen. They are in critical condition and receiving medical treatment.
