SHAN STATE – Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) announced on November 15 that three junta camps were captured in northern Shan State during five days of Operation 1027 and the junta-backed Pyithusit militia surrendered ten weapons.
It is said that Shawhaw Pyithusit camp was captured on November 10 while the camp at Lwalkan Village stationed by both junta and Pyithusit forces, and Sailyan junta camp in Tangyan Township were captured on November 14.
TNLA said that military equipment were seized from those camps and that Momghuam Momgpaw Pyithusit forces came and surrendered ten weapons on November 14.
There were also reports of battles between the Brotherhood Alliance and terrorist junta forces near Naungpyit Village in Kyaukme Township on November 15.
The information department of Three Brotherhood Alliance has stated that nearly 140 junta and Pyithusit bases including five cities in northern Shan State have been captured during Operation 1027.
