BAGO DIVISION – Locals reported that the terrorist junta army carried out airstrike and artillery attacks over four villages in Yedashe Township without a fight.
On March 25, at around 11:30 a.m., the junta’s fighter jet and attacked helicopter bombarded and fired with heavy weapons over Yedashe Lay, Pi Tauk Kone, Kyun Kone and Yae Ngan villages of Yedashe Township on the eastern part of Sittaung River, although there was no fighting.
“A fighter jet and an attacked helicopter bombed Yedashe Lay, Pi Tauk Kone, Kyun Kone and Yae Ngan villages without any fight. At the same time, the junta dogs (military soldiers) in Hswar and Yedashe towns launched artillery attacks,” said a local.
At present, the residents have been forced to run away from their homes and the extent and casualties have not yet been confirmed, according to locals.
