MYANMAR – The Alliance of Students’ Union Yangon (ASU Yangon) informed that they made contact with allied organisations to send the civilians fleeing the terrorist junta council’s illegitimate conscription into areas controlled by said organisations.
It was also mentioned that the people being sent to those areas had contacted ASU Yangon/ Students Armed Forces (SAF) to seek shelter.
“Civilians and family members of SAF soldiers are being relocated in the areas where SAF is active and liberated areas controlled by allied organisations,” mentioned the statement.
ASU Yangon and SAF are also carrying out public services such as construction of shelters, providing food rations and general health care in addition to protecting and providing shelter to the people suffering hardships.
Moreover, ASU Yangon, SAF announced that people concerned for their own lives and safety due to the extreme oppressions of the terrorist junta council can contact them to shelter individually or together with the entire family at the areas where the SAF is active or areas controlled by allied organisations.
