SHAN STATE – The Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) reported that they combated the junta’s Infantry Battalion 146 in Shu Khin Thar of Nawnghkio Township, and seized 10 dead bodies of junta soldiers, weapons and ammunition.
The clash occurred between TNLA and the junta army in the junta’s Light Infantry Battalion – 606 in Nawnghkio Township, at 4:40 a.m., on June 29, and also the fight broke out in the junta’s Infantry Battalion – 146 in Shu Khin Thar of Nawnghkio Township, at around 7:00 a.m., on June, seizing 10 dead bodies of junta soldiers, various weapons and ammunition.
The skirmish also broke out between TNLA and the junta army in Shew Sar Li Village of Mongmit Township, at 5:20 a.m., on June 29. Moreover, it was reported that the fight occurred between TNLA and the junta forces in the junta’s Infantry Battalion – 223, under the command of 21st Military Operations Command (MOC-21), in Loi Wein Taung (the mountain) of Mongmit Township, at around 5:00 a.m., on June 29.
In addition, at around 7:25 a.m., on June 29, a fight broke out between TNLA and the junta forces in the junta’s Light Infantry Battalion 348, under the command of MOC-21, in Lel Gyi of Mongmit Township.
On June 28, the terrorist junta army carried out targeted airstrike attacks, dropped a 500-pound bomb once on Inn Gyi Taung area in Kyaukme Town, at around 7:45 p.m., and dropped three bombs with its fighter jets on Tawt Hsan Village in Kyaukme Township, at 12:45 p.m., injuring a civilian.
