The Demoso PDF announced that around 7pm on December 7th, they attacked a guard post of the 417th Battalion Light Infantry Division, based in Ngwe Taung, Demoso, Kayah (Karenni) State, killing seven junta soldiers and injuring ten.
The attack was conducted by the Demoso PDF and firefight lasted around 45 minutes. The PDFs were able retreat without casualty.
The Demoso PDF previously attacked the same guard post on December 5th, killing three junta soldiers and injuring five.
