KNDF Battalion (9th) said that the project was named “Project May 21” because it was able to successfully fight against the junta council convoy in Nyaung Gaing, Demoso Township on May 21, 2021 by only using one-shot weapons such as Tumi, slingshot, Point 22 guns and their lives, blood and sweat.
Doing this project campaign is to go home as soon as possible during the prolonged revolution, in addition to commemorating the 2nd anniversary of the establishment of the battalion. It is also intended to achieve good results in the upcoming battles.
