KAREN STATE – Phapon District Mutaraw news reported that two soldiers were killed in a drone attack on the 406th LIB camp of the Terrorist War Council in KNU/KNLA 5th Brigade’s area.
On the morning of March 23rd, the KNLA-No. 5 Brigade drone squadron bombed the 406th LIB base of the Terrorist Junta Council between Ma Htaw and Hti Gelo. It is known that a deputy company commander, a platoon leader, and a private were injured.
Similarly, in the afternoon, the KNLA-No. 5 Brigade drone squadron bombed the soldiers of the 406th LIB of the Terrorist War Council between Ma Htaw and Kuhsate. It is reported that a private, a deputy platoon commander, and a deputy platoon commander were killed and a deputy squadron leader and a platoon leader were killed and a deputy company commander was injured.
At the same time, it was reported that the Terrorist War Council had dropped food supplies to their Phapon-based troops by drones.
After that, on March 23rd, from 5:30 a.m. to 6:25 a.m., the terrorist junta council dropped 70 bombs by air into the villages of Tadohta, Nei Dotha, and Htu Mawde within Baw Thae Hta village group of Luthaw township. On March 22nd, more than 40 bombs were dropped on these 3 villages.
The Mutaraw News confirmed that there were no civilian casualties during this aerial bombardment.
