In the regular meeting of the National Unity Government (NUG), U Man Win Khine Than, the Prime Minister, stated that the NUG would be setting up fundamental administrative protocols in some townships of Sagaing.
“In the meeting of the Interim Local Administrative Committee this week, processes such as meeting and discussing with ethic advisory councils, setting up fundamental administrative protocols for some townships in Sagaing, which is becoming the leading and strongest region, were brainstormed and discussed,“ said the Prime Minister.
According to PDFs in Sagaing, junta forces were heavily defeated by landmines planted by PDFs in some areas of Myaung, Tigyaing (Htee Chaing) and Katha, in Sagaing Division.
It has been three months since the NUG declared the launch of the people’s defensive war against the junta nationwide.
