
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) implemented provisional measures on Myanmar however, the junta have breached the rules. Administrative departments issued the order for travel sanctions against the Rohingya dated November 25th.
“As some Rohingya people are traveling beyond their resident townships, districts, states and regions, and are failing to bring their travel permits, it poses a threat to peace, stability and law, and it is announced that Rohingyas, who travel require permits by law, are only to travel when they bring their permit. Violation of this will be dealt by current laws and section 188, which will be enforced two months from now.”
