SHAN STATE – The terrorist junta army dropped 300-pound bombs with its fighter jet on Mongngawt Town in Kyaukme Township, injuring five people and destroying 15 residential houses, according to Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA).
On November 17, at 11:35 a.m., and at 11:38 a.m., the junta’s fighter jet dropped two 300-pound bombs on Man Long Ward in Mongngawt Town.
It was reported that five women were injured, and 15 residential houses were destroyed by those airstrike attacks.
Similarly, the terrorist junta forces stationed at Dokhtawaddy Bridge and Kyaukgu Road fired two 122 mm artillery shells, and it landed and exploded at Tha Yet Cho Village in Nawnghkio Township, injuring two locals.
The atrocious junta army had carried out targeted aerial bombings on civilians’ areas daily, causing civilian casualties and damage to civilians’ houses. For that reason, TNLA warned people to be alert in military situations, not to gather, and to follow air defense notifications to avoid the junta’s airstrike attacks.
