SAGAING DIVISION- According to local news sources, five junta soldiers were reportedly killed in a shootout against the revolutionary forces near Toma village near Kalay City.
On the morning of October 27, revolutionary forces opened fire on the terrorist Junta soldiers who came to carry rice bags from Toma village near Kale City, killing five soldiers.
“When they came near the train station at Toma Village to carry rice sacks, they were shot by the revolutionary forces, and five members of the Military Council were reportedly killed,” a resident said.
These terrorist military council soldiers were stationed at the Technical University in Kalay City, and the shooting occurred when they visited Toma village, which is only half a mile away from the university.
After the shooting, the terrorist junta soldiers fired back with heavy weapons, and drones flew into the Toma village.
Similarly, in Chin State, the Junta army and the Chin National Defense Force (CNDF) clashed in Falam City from October 25 to October 27.
The terrorist military council soldiers stationed in Falang usually live in the vicinity of the camp and never room around the downtown areas. On the morning of October 25, a junta column advanced towards Falan City to be deployed at the B.EHS (1) school, so the battle with the CNDF started. Currently, more than half of the population in the city is forced to flee.
“Revolutionary forces are attacking with drones and heavy weapons. People in the city are also fleeing,” said a revolutionary source in the region.
On October 26, a woman from the city was killed by the military council’s heavy weapon fire two women working in the fields were injured. It was also reported that a woman was injured due to the military council’s heavy weapon the previous day (October 25).
Since the terrorist military council has been killing people in Falan Township, CNDF started launching counter-attacks, and the people of Falan Township should be aware of the military situation, CNDF announced on October 9.
