SAGAING DIVISION – The terrorist junta council bombed a poultry farm between Magyeeboat Village and Twingyi Village in Myaung Township, injuring 11 civilians and the poultry farm also caught on fire, killing a large number of poultry, reported the location residents.
At 1:46 p.m. on November 12, the junta council dropped two bombs on the poultry farm and fired three rockets although there were no battles.
“They dropped two bombs on the first round then fired three rockets. The second round was more bombs. The poultry farm burned down. A lot of chickens died. 11 civilians were injured but there was no death,” said a resident.
It is said that there were several heavily injured among the 11 people injured by the junta airstrike.
“They flew over the village twice then bombed the poultry farm in the south of the village. They circled around three times when attacking. During the first round, they fired rockets and two bombs. Then on the third round, they dropped what is assumed to be two 200lb bombs. Nine women who fled while harvesting peanuts were hit by shrapnel and the 3 year old child of the farm owner and another man were also hit. Out of the 11 injured, one woman was hit in the head and is in critical condition,” said a resident.
