SAGAING DIVISION- In Pale Township, junta troops aerial bombed and opened heavy artillery fire on Aima and Alal Bom villages without an ongoing fight and four civilians died during the attack, reported an official from the Sagaing People’s Support Network.
At around 3:15 p.m. on November 5, the terrorist army bombarded Aima village with a jet fighter.
Due to the attack, a 70-year-old man from Aima village, a 25-year-old woman, and a 40-year-old man were killed and 5 others were seriously injured.
On November 4, due to the firing of heavy weapons by the terrorist military council soldiers in Pale Town, a shell exploded at the monastery compound of Alal Bom village, killing a 40-year-old man and damaging the monastery.
“The injured people are in life threatening condition. The aerial bombardment was not on the outskirts of the village, but directed on the village center, so locals were seriously injured,” said an official from the Sagaing People’s Support Network.
