MAGWAY DIVISION – The junta lackey administrator Tun Tun and son from Theegone Village in Myothit Township who had been forcibly recruiting new soldiers for the junta army were shot and killed, said Mr. Daung Thway Ni, the official of Daung Sitthi Guerrilla Force.
The revolutionary forces attacked them at their home at around 3 p.m. on July 18. The pro – junta lackeys Tun Tun and son were reportedly hit and killed by 8 bullets.
The mentioned deceased administrator Tun Tun and his son forcibly recruited new soldiers for fascist army at the will of the terrorist military council. They collected 100,000 kyats per month from the residents of the village who are working abroad. Depending on house design, they also collected tax when a new house was built, and they had tortured and oppressed the civilians since the beginning of the revolution, thus the attack was carried out, explained Mr. Daung Thway Ni, who is in charge of the Daung Sitthi Guerrilla Force.
The attack was carried out together by Daung Sitthi Guerrilla Force (Natmauk), Magway Guerrilla Warfare, TDG Special Guerrilla Force, Taungdwingyi Fighter Force (LPDF) and Yenanthar Youth Force (YYF).
