MANDALAY DIVISION – Local residents reported that terrorist junta army has been conducting airstrikes towards Madaya Township for two consecutive days.
On October 11, at about 1:30 p.m., the barbaric junta army said to have conducted airstrike to an IDP camp at Wawsu Village without having any clash, resulted killing 12 civilians which included children and monks and many others were severely wounded.
Tangar and Okeset villages were being fired and shelled using MI-35 military helicopters on October 12, about 9 a.m. Locals reported that the junta army targeted villages without having any battle.
“The detail of casualties is not known yet. People could face injuries. Now, they (fascist army) launching attacks from land and from air using fighter jet and helicopter,” local resident said.
In addition, on October 12, Sepin Village was also reportedly bombarded at 6:15 in the evening by junta air force and Tonkone Village was torched by the ground forces.
