MAGWAY DIVISION: Mr. Sittmone, a responsible person of information by Pauk Township People’s Defense Force reported that the atrocious junta army’ airstrike on Thayet Laypin village, Pauk township, Magway division had caused the two civilians to get wounded and many buildings to be destroyed.
A Yak-130 jet fighter taking off from the atrocious army’s Tada-U airport was known to have dropped bombs twice on Thayet Laypin village in southern Pauk township around 8:50 a.m. on November 9.
After the air assaults by dropping bombs, the atrocious junta’s soldiers stationing near the Defense Industry (24) based in Pauk township reportedly fired (81) mm heavy artillery and the atrocious junta’s soldiers from Pauk also attacked with bombs dropped by drone to the village.
The atrocious junta army’s airstrike caused two civilians from Thayet Laypin village to get wounded, five houses to be destroyed and six cows to be dead.
“I want the international community to take actions against the Junta’s forces as those military dogs (atrocious junta’s soldiers) are targeting the civilians during the airstrike. I want them to stop the airstrike and recklessly firing the heavy artillery to the residential areas like villages where the civilians live as they are not military targets and there is no battle in the region. I also want them to stop stationing in the religious buildings like monasteries and attacking those buildings by air assaults. It is acceptable only if they launch airstrike and fire heavy artillery to the places where the revolutionary forces are residing and there are the battles broken out in the region. We strongly condemn targeting the civilians and residential areas,” as said by Mr. Sittmone, a responsible person of information by Pauk Township People’s Defense Force.
