MAGWAY DIVISION – The terrorist junta council bombed Ma U Aukseik Village in Yesagyo Township, killing two civilians including a teen-aged girl and the Prefecture hospital, monastery, pagoda and religious hall were damaged, reported a source from the information department of Yesagyo Township People’s Administration Body (PAB).
A junta fighter jet bombed the village on September 22 around 8:30 a.m. although there were no battles in the area, killing two young women and injuring a family of four while also damaging the hospital, monastery, pagoda and religious hall in the village.
It is said that the terrorist junta council dropped two bombs in the village, one of which landed near the hospital, damaging the hospital, monastery (Shwekyin Monastery), a pagoda housing the remains of Salin Kanlal Abbot and the religious hall while the other exploded in the residential wards behind the police station.
The victims killed and injured by the junta bombing are reported to be displaced people. The deceased are said to be cousins, 23 year old Ms. Su Myat Wai and 27 year old Ms. Chi Theint Theint, while the injured have been identified as 70 year old Mrs. Kyi Win, 50 year old Ms. Saw Nan Sein, 46 year old Mrs. Saw Thandar Myo, the mother of Ms. Chu Theint Theint and 35 year old CDM teacher Ms. Sein Moh Moh, the daughter of Mrs. Kyi Win.
