CHIN STATE – The terrorist junta council bombed Satchaut Village in Kanpetlet Township and a woman and a three year old child were killed, reported Kanpetlet People’s Administration Body (PAB).
On August 13 at 1:48 p.m., the junta air force bombed the village in Daryindu Administration Region of Kanpetlet Township.
A 42 year old woman and a three year old child were killed in the attack that also seriously injured four people including a six months old infant and a 12 year old child.
It is said that the terrorist junta air force targeted the school building in Satchaut Village but four houses around the school were destroyed from misfire. Satchaut Village is a small village with only around 50 households. Kanpetlet PAB said that the aerial attacks targeting civilians in non-conflict zones are blatant war crimes.
Similarly on June 11, a 78 year old woman was killed and four civilians were injured after junta terrorists targeted the school building at Chinletmon Village also in Kanpetlet Township.
As the junta council is targeting schools and public spaces, Kanpetlet PAB urged the people to flee from those places in advance, prepare bomb shelters and air defenses, and to contact and coordinate with Kanpetlet PAB.
