MANDALAY DIVISION – Local civilians reported that the terrorist junta council bombed the monastery in Ywagyi Village, Natogyi Township on September 26 night.
The terrorist junta air force bombed the monastery in the northern part of the village at 6:39 and 6:40 p.m. on September 26 although there was no battle.
The extent of damages in the monastery is not yet accounted for and it is not yet clear if there were any civilian casualties.
“We heard that the monastery at the north of the village was bombed. Because it was during the night, the details of the damages are not clear. They bombed despite there being no battles. Two bombs were dropped consecutively. The plane left immediately after bombing,” said a resident.
