SAGAING DIVISION – The terrorist junta council carried out seven airstrikes on Taungyarseik Village in Kyunhla Township and the village was also raided by junta infantry troops, reported Mr. Htoo Khant Zaw (Amaethar), the information officer of Ye U based People’s Defence Comrade.
A Mi-35 helicopter that took off from the junta Northwest Command in Monywa was reported to have attacked Taungyarseik Village at least seven times around 12:30 p.m. on November 24 and junta infantry troops also raided the village.
“The infantry column of junta dogs (junta forces) also invaded Taungyarseik Village. A Mi-35 took off from the Northwest Command again. We don’t know yet in there were any civilian casualties. The entire village is fleeing. The junta dogs are still inside the village,” said Mr. Htoo Khant Zaw (Amaethar).
The terrorist junta forces that have been raiding Kyunhla Township since November 20 torched and destroyed Kokkokone Village, Madaung Village, Hluttite Village and Swelhlel Village one after another and it is said that over 8,000 people from more than eight villages including Tagone Village, Kokkokone Village, Thanpayarpinsu Village, Myabontha Village, Hluttite Village, Madaung Village and Swelhlel Village as well as Letkhotepin Village of Kanbalu Township are fleeing to safety.
