MANDALAY DIVISION – The terrorist junta forces raiding Madaya Township torched and destroyed Powa (North) and Sinkone Villages, reported an official from Voice of Mandalay.
The terrorist junta forces that started raiding Madaya Township on December 8 morning were reported to have invaded, torched and destroyed those two villages.
The exact number of houses torched and destroyed by the junta forces and the extent of damage are not known yet, and it is also not clear if there were any civilians abducted or harmed.
It is said that the terrorist junta forces remain near the villages and the residents have fled to safety.
“Powa (North) Village and Sinkone Village in northern Madaya Township were set on fire starting around 11 a.m. today (December 8). The details of the damage and civilian casualties are not known yet,” said the official from Voice of Mandalay.
