KARENNI STATE – It was reported that live-saving bulletproof vests, uniforms, and helmets were equipped for more than 40 comrades of Loikaw Local PDF, based in Karenni State, from the funding of Cover Campaign, according to Mr. Lin Lin, in charge of Loikaw Local PDF and Cover Campaign.
“The campaign was run for Loikaw Local PDF. It cost more than 40 million MMK for 40 Revolutionary Comrades for level 3 helmets, bulletproof vests, uniforms, and boots,” said Mr. Lin Lin.
The campaign period was expected to be 50 million kyats for two months from August 10 to October 10, and the campaign success rate was 120 percent.
Karenni Democratic Front had participated again as a support page group of Loikaw Local PDF. The Cover Campaign is a campaign aimed at equipping Revolutionary Comrades with live-saving bulletproof vests and helmets.
