MANDALAY DIVISION – People’s Defence Force (PDF) Mandalay officially announced that they allowed 15 Chinese nationals in Singu Township to return home.
PDF Mandalay announced that it allowed the Chinese nationals in its territory to return home, that they met 15 Chinese nationals stuck in Singu Township due to conflicts and allowed them to return home as per their wishes.
PDF Mandalay added that they delivered the 15 Chinese nationals to a safe place at the border of their territory on August 4.
