NAY PYI TAW – Min Aung Hlaing, the war criminal chief of the terrorist junta council, said that China is standing firmly on his side during a junta council meeting in Nay Pyi Taw on November 19.
Min Aung Hlaing said that he met China PM Li Qiang when he attended the Mekong Countries Summit in China in early November and relayed that the China PM showed support for stabilising the situation in Myanmar, the five implementing programs of the junta council and to push ahead with the transition process in Myanmar.
In addition, China also reportedly reiterated its approval of the authority and borders of Myanmar, encouraged the arrangement of border gates between the two countries, which the terrorist junta chief referred to as a firm support for the authority and works of his administration council.
When the terrorist junta council lost territories in the China-Myanmar border in Kachin State and northern Shan State to revolutionary forces, China responded quickly by shutting down the border gates from its side and banned the transport of commodities including food, medicine and fuel to the regions controlled by revolutionary forces.
