BAGO DIVISION – An official from the 2nd company, Battalion 3802 of Thayarwaddy District, Bago division said that the administrator of Zayit Chaung village, Aung Myint Oo, who was threatening and forcing locals to serve in the terrorist army in Minhla Township, was shot and killed.
At around 9:10 a.m. on July 18th, revolutionary forces attacked Aung Myint Oo, who was living in the Chaungnar village, the administrator of Zayit Chaung village group, who was riding a motorcycle on the road near Zayit Chaung village Monastery. He was hit by 11 bullets and killed.
An official from Battalion 3802 Company 2 of the Thayarwaddy District Battalion explained that the attack was carried out because the administrator Aung Myint Oo was a strong supporter of the junta army, threatened young people to serve in the junta army and collected money for army, arrested people by giving false information to the terrorist army.
A grenade, 26 bullets, Kyat 80,000 and other identification cards were confiscated from the administrator.
“The war dogs have given the gun to him. We have received news about the gun, but we can’t find it. We didn’t have time, so we brought his bag because his motorcycle was overturned in the field. The gun was not found. We will clear the junta council soldiers and support pillars that are causing trouble to the people again. People should stay away from them,” said an official from the 2nd company, Battalion 3802 of the Thayarwaddy District.
An official from the 3802 Battalion, 2nd company of the Thayarwaddy District continued to say that strict action will be taken against those who gather people by force to serve in the military making troubles to the people and the revolutionary forces.
