TownSHAN STATE – Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) announced on November 30 that it has established the administrative system in Pang Hseng Town located on the China-Myanmar border, and occupied by the Three Brotherhood Alliance.It was reported that a meeting was organized to restructure the governing body of Pang Hseng Town on November 28, and the governing body was formed.
The Three Brotherhood Alliance (MNDAA, Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) and Arakan Army (AA)) carried out offensive attacks on Kokang, Monekoe, Hsenwi and Kutkai towns during “Operations 1027”.The restoration of Pang Hseng Town was declared, after the Pang Hseng border gate was attacked and captured on November 19.Pang Hseng border gate was the third gate that was seized by MNDAA along the Sino-Myanmar border.
