NORTHERN SHAN STATE – MNDAA spokesperson Li Kyarwen confirmed that the entire battalion of the Military Council Army was killed in the Shishan battle in the Kokang region.
While the MNDAA troops were clearing the area of Shishan on December 1, they encountered a military council battalion, and a battle broke out. The entire military council’s battalion was reportedly killed in an ambush.”During the clearance mission on the hill between Wasusai and Susasai villages, Shougaing Village Group, Shishan Region, there had been a contact battle with the junta troops and we were able to clear the entire battalion,” said MNDAA spokesperson Li Kyarwen.
